Jamie Stoney

Jamie Stoney has been a vital member of OCCU | Oregon Community Credit Union since August 2010, serving in various roles, ultimately progressing to Business Services Specialist and Business Relationship Manager. Jamie played a key role in establishing the business relations department and excels in business development through targeted marketing and interdepartmental collaboration. As a lead trainer, Jamie trains new employees with a focus on empathy and defined objectives. Additionally, Jamie has contributed to process improvement and change management initiatives, enhancing operational efficiencies and implementing new procedures. Jamie's extensive experience in customer service roles at OCCU and prior experience at Big 5 Sporting Goods, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in General Social Sciences from the University of Oregon, showcases a strong background in both business operations and client relations.
