Stephen Oliver

Stephen Oliver is an experienced professional with a strong background in data analysis and program management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Financial Enterprise and Data Systems at Oregon Food Bank since August 2020, Stephen specializes in data interpretation and financial operations, managing accounting processes, and developing robust reporting tools across departments. Previous roles include Research Analyst at the Human Services Research Institute, where Stephen co-authored evaluations of child welfare interventions, and various positions with the Peace Corps and Mercy Corps, focusing on agricultural practices, program oversight, and community health initiatives. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon.
