Annie Horne

Annie Horne currently serves as the Manager of the Sponsored Projects Office at Oregon Health & Science University, a position held since September 2023. Previously, from July 2014 to January 2024, Annie Horne was the Sponsored Projects Manager at the University of Utah, where responsibilities included managing sponsored projects for seven departments and colleges. Before that, Annie Horne was the Owner of H&H International from October 2012 to December 2016, focusing on assisting small businesses globally through grants and globalization strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager at Desert Industries from January 2007 to September 2011, where involvement included the development of a multi-million dollar international training program, managing budgets, and overseeing grant programs. Annie Horne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Utah.
