Ed Feil

Ed Feil is a seasoned Senior Research Scientist with extensive experience at the Oregon Research Institute since October 1993 and currently at Influents Innovations since January 2014. In addition, Ed serves on the Board of Directors for the Validation Training Institute, focusing on communications with individuals having dementia, and has been an influential member of the Board for Head Start of Lane County, including a term as Chair from 2012 to 2015. As the owner of Edward Feil Productions LLC since January 2003, Ed has also co-owned Effective Human Services, LLC until December 2018. Previous academic roles include a Research Associate position at the University of Oregon from 1994 to 2006. Ed holds a Ph.D. in School Psychology and Early Intervention from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Science from the University of Michigan.
