Elisa Wickstrom

Elisa Wickstrom is an experienced professional in food and beverage entrepreneurship and product development, currently serving as adjunct faculty for the Getting Your Recipe to Market program at Portland Community College and as a business advisor for the Oregon Small Business Development Center Network. Previously, Elisa co-founded and served as head of product for Rhizome Tonics, launching an award-winning CPG brand, and co-founded Toast Slice Consulting, focusing on design solutions for the retail and non-profit sectors. Elisa has held significant roles at Schematic, IBM, and AGENCY.COM, contributing to digital innovation and design for major corporations. Educationally, Elisa holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia, a Better Process Controls Acidified Foods Certificate from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from Kenyon College.
