Robert Hales

Robert Hales is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the finance and retail sectors. Currently serving as President of Oregon Soap Company since October 2023, Robert previously held multiple positions at Speck Products from 2014 to December 2023, including President, COO/CFO, and VP of Finance. Other notable roles include Retail Controller for US and Canada at Samsonite (2012-2014), Director of Finance at The Jones Group Inc. for Nine West (2012), and Senior Vice President/General Manager at Pamella Roland (2010-2012). Robert began a progressive finance career at Faconnable USA (2008-2010) and Kellwood Company (2001-2008), where roles included Director of Finance and Controller. Robert holds a degree from Mississippi College, earned between 1996 and 2000.
