Alicia Leduc Montgomery

Alicia LeDuc Montgomery currently serves as the Managing Attorney at LeDuc Montgomery LLC, overseeing a diverse litigation docket focused on civil rights and other key practice areas. Concurrently, Alicia is the Contract Litigation Manager for the ACLU of Oregon, managing civil rights litigation and developing legal strategies for clients. With prior experience at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and involvement in various initiatives promoting women in leadership, Alicia has demonstrated a strong commitment to civil liberties and strategic impact litigation. Alicia holds an ongoing Master of Laws degree in Litigation Management and has a solid academic foundation with a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law and a Master of Public Administration from The Evergreen State College. Additionally, Alicia participated as a National Delegate for NISGUA, contributing to human rights advocacy through research and published work.
