Jennifer Nicholls

Jennifer Nicholls is a Partner at Brophy Schmor LLP, holding the position since August 2011 after serving as an Associate Attorney. Nicholls actively participates in several organizations, including the Oregon State Bar, where roles include Chair of the Oregon New Lawyers Division and Board Member of the Business Law Section. Additionally, Nicholls is involved with Oregon Women Lawyers as a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Awards Committee and serves on the Board of the Center for Nonprofit Legal Services as well as the Advisory Committee for the Campaign for Equal Justice. Prior experience includes a Law Clerk position at the Oregon Department of Justice. Jennifer Nicholls earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, where a Certificate of Completion in Intellectual Property was also obtained, and a Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) in History and Politics from Mount Holyoke College.
