Molly Moriarty Russell

Molly Moriarty Russell has a diverse work experience in the field of development and fundraising. Molly started their career at The University of British Columbia as a Development Coordinator, where they successfully managed a team of 75 college students and implemented strategies to improve staff retention. Molly then transitioned to the role of Development Officer, where they oversaw various fundraising campaigns and monitored progress using statistical analysis.

After their time at The University of British Columbia, Molly joined the University of the Pacific, Dugoni School of Dentistry. Here, they held multiple roles including Operations Manager, Annual Fund Manager, and Senior Annual Fund Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the Pacific Dugoni Annual Fund, facilitating solicitation processes, and achieving fundraising goals through different communication channels.

Currently, they are working at the Oregon State University Foundation as the Director of the President's Circle and Assistant Director of Development, College of Health. In their current roles, they play a key role in the development efforts for the College of Health and oversees the President's Circle.
