Rich Walker

Rich Walker has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Oregon Tool since June 2020. Prior to this role, Rich was the Senior Vice President of Category Marketing and R&D at Fiskars Group, overseeing category leadership and product management for the Fiskars and Gilmour brands. Rich also held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Fiskars Brands for nearly 18 years, where leadership was provided during transformative periods. Earlier career roles included Director of Total Rewards at Krueger International and Manager of Compensation & Benefits at L.Perrigo Company. Rich Walker is a graduate of Kalamazoo College.
