Charetta L.

Charetta L. currently serves as the Equity and Engagement Program Manager at Oregon Zoo since February 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Executive Associate at Join pdx from January 2022 to October 2022, and holding various roles at Oregon Health & Science University from March 2016 to January 2022, including Executive Assistant and Public Service Representative. Charetta's early career includes positions as an Executive Assistant at Steve Marquis Professional and Financial Services and as a Freelance Writer for URS Construction Services' marketing team. Charetta is pursuing a degree at Oregon State University and has previously earned an Associate's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Foothill College, along with a Project Management Certification in Business Administration from Oregon State University. Additionally, Charetta completed high school at Encinal Junior/Senior High School with a diploma in General Studies.
