Christopher Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success North America at O'Reilly Media since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Customer Success West at the same company from March 2019 to July 2022. Before joining O'Reilly Media, Christopher worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager from March 2017 to March 2019, and as a Business Development Specialist from September 2014 to March 2017.

Christopher has also worked for Apple Retail as a MacGenius Admin from August 2007 to July 2008, Assistant Store Manager from November 2006 to August 2007, and Mac Specialist/Lead Mac Specialist from October 2005 to November 2006.
During their time in the United States Air Force from August 2000 to August 2004, Christopher served as a Life Support Journeyman/Supervisor. Christopher'sresponsibilities included training aircrews on equipment use, operation, and capabilities, as well as planning and evaluating aircrew life support operations.
