Erika J. Weatherbee

Erika J. Weatherbee has a diverse range of work experience, predominantly in project management and creative roles. Erika J. is currently a Principal of Marketing Project Management at O'Reilly, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Project Manager at O'Reilly from February 2022 to April 2023.

Erika also has experience in the gaming industry, having worked as a Volunteer Marketing Department Captain at Gen Con LLC from June 2013 to November 2022.

Erika J. previously held a Project Manager role at O'Reilly Media from October 2018 to November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Allen & Gerritsen from July 2016 to October 2018 and from March 2017 to October 2018, respectively.

Erika began their career at Rue La La, where they held multiple roles. Erika J. worked as a Photography Studio Assistant from March 2010 to January 2012, where they assisted with administrative tasks and also worked on apparel and tabletop product styling and photography. Erika J. also briefly worked as a Digital Imaging Specialist at Rue La La from March 2010 to April 2010.

Erika J. Weatherbee, CSM obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Film/Video Production from Full Sail University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. In addition, they earned the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2016.
