Michael Petychakis

Michael Petychakis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Teacher at Second General High School Of Vrilissia in 2008. Michael then worked as a Research Assistant at IRML - Interactive Robots and Media Laboratory UAE, where they contributed to the development of a social robot. In 2011, they co-founded Moodeet, a startup focused on mobile and social networking technologies, and served as the CTO.

In 2010, they joined NTUA, DSS Lab as a Senior Research Assistant, where they worked on multiple EU-funded projects related to APIs, cloud architecture, and web gadgets. Michael'sresponsibilities included solution architecture, software engineering, and research.

In 2014, they became the Chief Evangelist at APILama.com, and subsequently held roles at Orfium as a Senior Software Engineer and later as the Chief Technology Officer. Michael joined Pixelocracy in 2016 as a Board Member, responsible for the company's technological aspects in the digital world.

Since 2020, Michael Petychakis has been working as a Technology Mentor at Vesseljoin. Michael'sdiverse work experience demonstrates their expertise in technology, innovation, research, and leadership.

Michael Petychakis began their education in 2002 at the Second General High School of Vrilissia. After completing their high school education in 2005, they went on to study at the National Technical University of Athens. From 2005 to 2012, they pursued a Diploma (MSc) in electrical and computer engineering at this institution.
