Christian M. Schmahl

Christian M. Schmahl is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the software and property management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Private Equity since April 2023, Christian evaluates potential investments through thorough due diligence and strategic assessment. Christian holds a key position on the Supervisory Board of Orgadata AG, a global leader in software for the window, door, and curtain wall industry, and participates as a member of InvestorenNetzwerk Wiesbaden (INWI), a regional investor network. Previously, Christian was Group CFO and a member of the Board at Aareon AG, a leading SaaS provider for the European real estate market, and held several other board and advisory roles across various organizations. Christian's education includes a Master in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth and additional executive programs at Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
