Raj Shrestha

Raj Shrestha is an experienced culinary professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Organic Foods and Cafe since September 2021, Raj previously held positions at esteemed establishments including Hard Rock Hotel Maldives and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). With a foundational role as Commis Chef and various leadership capacities, Raj has consistently focused on team management, operational efficiency, and culinary innovation. Educationally, Raj holds a certificate in humanities from Tribhuvan University, completed from 2004 to 2008.
