Sharath Rai has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sharath most recently served as the Regional Head of Human Resources (GCC) for Al Accad Group, where they oversaw the human resources function for multiple companies within the group. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR at Azizi Investments. Sharath also has experience as a General Manager at Ramee Group and as a Co-Founder of HotelJobs.me. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles such as Group Human Resources Director at Economides Group, Group Human Resources Manager at Regency Group Holding, Learning and Development Pre-Process Trainer at Accenture, and Cluster - HR & Training Manager at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management + AHMA at IHMES, UK from 2000 to 2001, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management.
