Jianwei Wang

Jianwei Wang is a Senior Research Assistant at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since December 2011, specializing in Political Affairs and Government Relations. Responsibilities include preparing briefing materials for executive management, monitoring international affairs, drafting official communications, and engaging with governmental bodies to maintain political support. Jianwei Wang also has experience in public relations, enhancing visitor programs, and has served as a personal assistant to the Deputy Director-General. Prior roles include HR Research Assistant, Secretary for Language Services, and Strategic Planning Contractor at the International Criminal Court. Jianwei Wang holds an MSc in Public Administration and an M.Phil. in Art History from Leiden University, as well as a BA in Chinese Language and Literature from Anhui Normal University.
