Héctor Miralles Soler

Héctor Miralles Soler has a diverse work experience in various financial and operational roles. Héctor is currently serving as the Global CFO & HR at the Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos -OEI-. Previously, they worked as the CFO at Axel Springer España from April 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they were the COO at Santillana Chile from February 2015 to November 2017, where they led various departments and managed financial operations. Héctor also served as the COO at Santillana USA from October 2009 to January 2015, overseeing multiple departments for the company's operations in the U.S. market. Héctor worked as an International Financial Controller at Santillana Latinoamérica, where they managed financial statements and KPIs for the company's subsidiaries from September 2007 to September 2009. Prior to that, they were a Financial Analyst at Accenture, responsible for cost control for the Royal Sun Alliance Insurance Group.
