Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) is responsible for steering the organization's strategic direction, overseeing administrative and financial management, and ensuring the efficient coordination of key functional areas. This includes guiding sectors such as information services, security, labor and employment, drug policy evaluation, and sustainable development to achieve the organization's core pillars of democracy, human rights, multidimensional security, and sustainable development.
