Francisco G.

Francisco G. has extensive work experience in various organizations. FRANCISCO started their career in 1996 in the Armada de Chile, where they held multiple roles, including Oficial de marina and Comandante roles in different departments. In 2006, they joined the United Nations for a mission in Haiti as part of the Compañía Logística Batallón Chile. FRANCISCO later worked as an Observador Militar and Jefe Contingente Chileno in the United Nations Forces in Cyprus in 2008. In 2012, Francisco became the Comandante de la Compañía de Seguridad y Guardia del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional in Chile. FRANCISCO then had the opportunity to work in the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization as an Observador Militar, and as the Encargado Dejación de Armas de las FARC in Colombia. Francisco's most recent position was as the Chief Security Officer at the Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) in 2019.

Francisco G. has a diverse education history consisting of various degrees and certifications. In 1996 to 1999, they attended Escuela Naval Arturo Prat, where they obtained a degree as an Oficial de Marina, specializing in Infantería de Marina. In 2004 to 2005, they attended Academia Politécnica Naval, earning a degree as an Ingeniero en Sistemas Anfibios and Licenciado en Ciencias Navales y Maritimas, specializing in Especialista en Guerra Anfibia.

In 2012 and 2013, they attended CENTRO DE ENTRENAMIENTO DE OPERACIONES DE PAZ DE CHILE and INTERNATIONAL MILITARY EXCHANGE INSTITUTE, respectively, where they received training in military operations and humanitarian assistance. In 2014, they obtained the designation as an OBSERVADOR MILITAR DE NACIONES UNIDAS from CENTRO DE ENTRENAMIENTO CONJUNTO DE OPERACIONES DE PAZ DE CHILE.

Moving on to their more recent education, in 2017, Francisco completed a DIPLOMADO GESTIÓN INSTITUCIONAL from Universidad Andres Bello. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR). Following this, in 2019, they obtained a Diplomado en Relaciones Internacionales y Seguridad Geopolítica from Colegio Interamericano de Ciencias de la Seguridad, Security College US.

Francisco also holds several certifications. In 2020, they received a Diploma Avanzado en Gestión Integral de la Seguridad from SECURITY COLLEGE US Y ARCUS GROUP. In 2021, they became a CERTIFIED IN SECURITY SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT from the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO). Furthermore, they acquired membership in ASIS International, an organization in the security management field.

In terms of their postgraduate studies, Francisco is currently pursuing two separate Master's degrees in Risk Management. One is from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, and the other is from EALDE Business School with a specialization in Emergencias.

Lastly, Francisco earned the distinction of being a Chief Security Officer through a Diplomado Internacional from ORGANIZACION GDC. FRANCISCO also obtained the certification of Excelencia Académica from EALDE Business School.
