Jessica Halligan

Jessica Halligan is an experienced educational professional specializing in executive functioning coaching and school psychology. Currently serving as an Executive Functioning Coach at STEEL Advising and an Organizational Tutor at Organizational Tutors, LLC, Jessica teaches essential skills to students with diverse academic and social-emotional needs. Previous positions include School Psychologist at The Karafin School, where comprehensive evaluations and counseling were provided, and School Psychology Intern at Valley Stream Memorial JHS. Jessica has also held roles as a Mental Health Supportive Counselor at Teaching Family Homes and an Assistant Manager at School's Out, Inc. with a strong background in supporting children with emotional difficulties and special needs. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Education from Queens College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany, SUNY.
