Susan Piscitelli

Susan Piscitelli has a strong background in business analysis and systems analysis. Susan is currently working as a Business Analyst at Organogenesis since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of a Business Systems Analyst at Apex Systems from 2020 to 2022, where they served as the functional lead on projects involving changes to functionality and operation related to the implementation of the Bullhorn System.

From 1996 to 2020, Susan worked at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley in various positions. Susan was a Senior Director Systems Analysis from 2015 to 2020, responsible for ensuring integration of systems operational effectiveness. Susan also served as a Senior Business Analyst from 2000 to 2015, where they were a key support individual for the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and designing reports. Additionally, they worked as a Software Manager from 1996 to 2000, managing staff responsible for supporting and training the organization's CRM package and other key software applications. During this time, they oversaw the generation of reports and statements, as well as organization-wide training of CRM package, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Susan Piscitelli holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which they completed in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Boston University. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certification as a Salesforce Certified Associate from Salesforce in February 2023.
