Alice Hu

Alice Hu is an experienced professional in supply chain operations and engineering, currently serving as Associate Director of Americas Supply Chain Business Operations at Organon since August 2021. Alice has played key roles in various capacities, including Global Co-Lead of the Asia Pacific Association Employee Resource Group and a Continuous Improvement Lead during the Early Leadership Development Program. Previous experience includes positions as Change Control Specialist at Insight Global, R&D Process Engineer, and Manufacturing Technology Engineer at The Chemours Company, as well as Engineer II at Merck, where Alice contributed significantly to manufacturing improvements and process optimizations. Alice holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
