Carol Ferguson

Carol Ferguson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and investor relations within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Organon since June 2021, Carol previously held various strategic roles at Merck from July 2003 to May 2021, including Executive Director positions in Business Development and Investor Relations. In these roles, Carol led commercial business development initiatives, directed investor communications, and developed portfolio management frameworks, contributing significantly to corporate strategy and financial performance. Carol holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University.
