Ken Prue

Ken Prue has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on manufacturing business development, alliance management, and project leadership. Ken is currently working at Organon as an Associate Vice President, responsible for manufacturing business development and alliance management. Before joining Organon, they worked at Merck in various roles, including Director of Project Leadership and Business Development. Ken also has experience in managing pharmaceutical operations, new product planning, and quality control. Ken Prue has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1990. Ken then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Saint Joseph's University, which they completed between 1998 and 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Ken obtained the Certified Licensing Professional certification from Certified Licensing Professionals, Inc. in June 2017. Ken also holds the Core Inclusion Change Partner certification from The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc., obtained in August 2013, and the Bargaining for Advantage certification from Wharton Executive Education, obtained in March 2008. Additionally, Ken is a Registered Pharmacist with the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy and the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy. Ken has also achieved Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Merck.
