Brenna O'Hara

Brenna O'Hara has extensive work experience in various roles. Brenna first worked at Koss Olinger as a Wealth Management Associate from 2012 to 2013. Brenna then joined Trenegy Incorporated, where they worked as a Management Consultant from 2013 to 2015, and later as a Senior Consultant from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Orgvue as a Consultant and worked in this role until 2018. Brenna then became a Senior Consultant at Orgvue from 2018 to 2019, followed by an Engagement Leader role from 2019 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Brenna worked as the Vice President of Advisory Services at Orgvue, where they helped organizations transition to a proactive and data-driven approach in managing their workforce. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Orgvue and has achieved top sales globally, with exceptional quota attainment.

Brenna O'Hara holds a Masters degree in International Business from the University of Florida. Brenna also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Digital Transformation and Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers from LinkedIn in 2021.
