Deborah Turcott

Deborah Turcott is the Principal at ORIANA solutions, LLC, leading a team of consulting partners in supporting change-oriented projects. Deborah also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Florida. Previously, Deborah was the Acting President and Chief Operating Officer at PetSmart Charities, as well as holding executive roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Upper Valley Humane Society, and more. With a background in Criminal Justice and Addictions Counseling, Deborah specializes in change management for organizations and leaders in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
