Ira Beltran is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the life sciences sector. Currently serving at ORIC Pharmaceuticals Inc. since October 2021, Ira focuses on recruiting across various levels and functions while also engaging in employer branding and culture initiatives. Previously, Ira held the position of Executive Director of Talent Discovery at Torrey Pines Recruitment, leading recruitment efforts for senior roles and implementing a diversity talent pipeline. Ira's career also includes a role as Director of Life Science Talent Solutions at Randstad USA, where a comprehensive talent strategy was developed for national and global clients. Ira began the professional journey at Adecco Medical & Science, where leadership roles were undertaken.
