Stacey Brewer (GAICD) has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Stacey started their career at Rio Tinto in 2003, where they held roles such as Senior Advisor and Advisor in HR. Stacey then took on project management positions, including leading the Global Mobility Improvement Project and the Global Annual Remuneration Review. In 2012, Stacey joined Incitec Pivot Limited as a Senior HR Manager and later became the Manager of HR Business Services and BEx Master Facilitator HR. In 2016, they joined Australia Post as a Senior Change Program Manager, responsible for designing and leading HR change programs. Currently, Stacey is at Orica, where they have held roles including Senior Manager of HR Global Process & Data Owner, Head of HR Governance & Improvement, and Head of HR Operations.
Stacey Brewer completed their Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) degree with a focus on Accounting and Human Resources at RMIT University from 2000 to 2002. In terms of additional qualifications, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Rio Tinto in 2011. Stacey also holds a Certification of Change Management from PROSCI, which they earned in the same year. Furthermore, Stacey Brewer obtained a PMBOK Project Management Certification from Kepner-Tregoe in 2010. Currently, they are pursuing a Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, they completed the Human Centred Design 101 course at IDEO in 2019.
