Stephanie Brouwer

Stephanie Brouwer is currently working as the Head of Human Resources for North America at Orica, where they support over 2,200 employees across four countries. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Manager of Performance & Reward at Orica, responsible for compensation, benefits, retirement/pension, and associated programs for the North America and Latin America regions. Stephanie also has experience as the Global Director of Talent Development at Weatherford, the Human Resources Director for US Operations at WESCO Distribution, and the Human Resources Director for the Completion and Production division at Halliburton. Stephanie began their career as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant at BP Amoco and later worked as a Sr. Human Resources Representative at Interim Technology. Stephanie also held positions as an Employee Relations Manager at The Hertz Corporation, a Personnel Specialist at Burns International Security Services, and an Employment & Training Manager at the National Rifle Association.

Stephanie Brouwer, SPHR, obtained a Master's degree in HR Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in the period from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Longwood University between 1990 and 1993. Stephanie completed their General education at Stonewall Jackson High School from 1986 to 1990.
