Yogesh Mendiratta

Mr. Yogesh Mendiratta (B.Com., ACS and LL.B) is the Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Orient Bell Limited. He has over 15 years of rich experience in the Secretarial and Legal fields. As per Statutory (SEBI) Guidelines, Mr. Yogesh has also been designated as the Compliance Officer of the Company. Starting his career as a CS trainee about two decades back, he climbed to the post of Assistant Company Secretary in the year 2001 and to the post of Company Secretary in the year 2007, and to Company Secretary & Head-Legal in the year 2010. At Orient Bell Limited, Mr. Yogesh is responsible for overall Secretarial and Legal Affairs and is the Compliance Officer, ensuring SEBI and MCA Compliance.
