Jinal Shah has extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving as the Assistant Company Secretary at Oriental Aromatics since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing BSE listing compliances, ROC and SEBI regulations, and liaising with various authorities on RBI and FEMA matters. Prior to this, Jinal Shah worked as a Management Trainee at Camlin Fine Sciences from April 2014 to 2016. Jinal Shah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law (2014-2017) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (2009-2013).
