Elang Kumaran.A has a diverse range of work experience. Elang started their career in 2002 at the Holiday Inn as an Executive Sous Chef. In 2004, they joined Sodexo as AGM Operations - South. In 2006, they worked at Oracle in facilities management before moving to Citymax India Pvt Ltd later that year as Operations Head-South. In 2008, they became the Head of Operations at Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd, and later advanced to the role of Vice President Operations in 2013.
