Dorthy Shepard

Dorthy Shepard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management and photography. Currently serving as Production Operations Manager and Personalization Operations Manager at Oriental Trading Company since December 2016, Dorthy has also operated as a Freelance Photographer since 2002. Prior roles include Folder Express Prepress and Production Manager at Ennis, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, and Operations, Facility and Travel Coordinator at Jabil from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Dorthy managed marketing, merchandising, and photography at THT Designs from 2002 to 2011. Dorthy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Creighton University and a Food Styling certification from Food 4 Film, with further education at Metropolitan Community College.
