Rebecca Schultz has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Rebecca started their career at The Futon Company as a Store Manager in 1992, followed by working as a Store Manager and Trainer at Vantage Shoe Warehouse from 1994 to 1998. Rebecca then joined JCPenney as an Inventory Analyst in the Women's Division from 1998 to 2000.
At JCPenney, Rebecca held various roles including Senior Assistant Buyer and Media Manager in the Women's Division from 2000 to 2004, Senior Assistant Buyer in Women's Footwear from 2004 to 2006, and Associate Buyer in Children's division from 2006 to 2008. Rebecca then transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager for the Children's Division, where they led direct marketing efforts from 2008 to 2010.
From 2010 to 2012, Rebecca served as the E-commerce Senior Strategy Manager for the Children's Division, providing strategic direction to divisional leadership. Rebecca then became an E-commerce Buyer for Children's products, overseeing a $141,000,000 e-commerce business. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the E-commerce Director for Children's Apparel, Baby Gear, and Toys, focusing on transforming the digital experience and driving sales objectives.
In 2016, Rebecca joined Oriental Trading Company, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, as the Director of Omni Merchandising Strategy. Rebecca later became the Director of Omni Merchandising and Strategic Business Initiatives from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Director, overseeing e-commerce, omni merchandising, and strategic business initiatives.
Rebecca Schultz obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, with a minor in English, from Texas Woman's University. Rebecca attended the university from 1989 to 1992.
