Emma Hågemo

Emma Hågemo is the Vice President of R&D at Oriflame Cosmetics. Emma has been with the company since November 2014 and in their current position since February 2017.

Prior to their current role, Emma was the Vice President of Group Strategy at Oriflame Cosmetics, responsible for driving the company-wide work around strategy formulation and implementation. Emma also led a global team of 10 people within strategy, business development, corporate brand development and consumer insights & trends.

Before joining Oriflame Cosmetics, Emma was the Senior Director of Global Business Development at another company.

Emma has a long history of working in various roles at Oriflame Cosmetics, including Global Forecasting Director and Corporate Secretary. Emma is a member of the Group Management team and reports directly to the President & CEO of Oriflame.

Emma Hågemo has a Master's in Economics with a major in Finance from Handelshöyskolen BI, the Norwegian School of Management. Emma also has an Upper Secondary School degree in Natural Science from Malmö Borgar Skola.

Their manager is Magnus Brännström, CEO & President. Emma Hågemo works with Antonia Simon-Stenberg - VP Sustainability, Quality Management, Packaging & Artwork, Niklas Frisk - SVP & Head of GBA Europe and Africa, and Gabriel Bennet - CFO.
