Stephanie Moon, MS, OTRL, CBIS, is an experienced occupational therapist with a robust background in evaluating and treating clients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries. Currently serving at Origami Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center since September 2019, Stephanie provides care in various settings, including neurorehab and outpatient rehab. Previous roles include positions at Encore Rehabilitation Services and Functional Pathways, where Stephanie focused on geriatric care in subacute rehab and skilled nursing facilities. Additional experience encompasses working at Hope Network and IKUS Life Enrichment Services, emphasizing patient education and community involvement. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Occupational Science and Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology, both from Grand Valley State University.
