Ranjeev Kumar

Ranjeev Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Ranjeev began their career as a System Engineer at CMC Ltd, working on a major automation project for Indian Railways. Ranjeev then moved on to TMP Worldwide, where they served as a Technical Manager and consultant, delivering services to clients such as Intel Corp. and nCommand.

After that, Ranjeev joined Ocwen Financial Corporation as a Technical Lead, where they designed and implemented an order management system and integrated it with various banks. Ranjeev then transitioned to First American as a Director of Development, overseeing a large development team and being instrumental in the company's long-term strategy planning and innovation efforts.

In 2008, Ranjeev founded their own company, ideaFloat Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they served as a Practicing Consultant until 2011. Following that, they joined Decision Ready Solutions as a VP of Software Development, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency and collaborating with the business intelligence team.

Ranjeev's next position was at Rencata, where they served as the Lead Architect and VP, acting as a practice leader in loan origination systems, data analytics, mobile apps, and custom solutions. Ranjeev also played a key role in architecting mortgage solutions for LOS customization.

In 2016, Ranjeev joined Impac Mortgage Corp. as a VP of Application Development, overseeing the development of loan origination platforms and leading a team to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Currently, Ranjeev is working at Origence as the SVP of Product Development, where they previously held the role of VP. Ranjeev'sresponsibilities include driving product development and ensuring the successful execution of the company's vision.

Ranjeev Kumar's education history is as follows:

- From 1993 to 1996, Ranjeev obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics (Honors) from Delhi University.

- In 2007 to 2008, they completed a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

- From 2013 to 2015, Ranjeev pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Cal State Fullerton's College of Business and Economics.

- In 2015 to 2016, they attended UC Irvine, focusing on Data Science but did not obtain a degree.

- Ranjeev then obtained several certifications, including SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2022, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager in April 2022, and SAFe for Architects in March 2023.

- Additionally, in 2016, Ranjeev became an Ellie Mae Encompass Certified Administrator.
