Daniel Cortez

Daniel Cortez, CPA has extensive work experience in the accounting field. Daniel most recently worked at Origin Bank as the Technical Accounting & Regulatory Director, VP. Prior to that, they worked at Crowe as a Manager for two and a half years. Daniel also spent six years at Grant Thornton LLP, where they held the position of Senior Associate.

Daniel Cortez, CPA completed their education in the field of accounting. Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) degree with a specialization in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, from 2012 to 2013. Daniel also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
