Sian Perry

Sian Perry has a strong background in Human Resources, with over 20 years of experience. Sian began their career at Johnson Tiles in 2001 as an HR Assistant and worked there until 2004. Sian then joined Phones 4u and held various HR roles, including HR Assistant, HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, and Interim HR Business Partner. In 2015, Sian joined Agrii as an HR Business Partner for both Agrii and Origin UK. Their most recent role is as the Head of HR for Origin UK & Ireland at Origin Enterprises Plc, a position they have held since November 2018.

Sian Perry's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Human Resources Management from Staffordshire University, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. In 2008, they pursued further education at BPP Professional Education, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a CIPD - Level 7 certification in HR, both of which they completed in 2010.
