Dröfn Guðmundsdóttir

Dröfn has a long track record in the field of human resources. She worked as Director of Education at Reykjavik Preschools and later as a human resources consultant at Reykjavik City’s Education Field following the merger of preschools and elementary schools from 2003-2007, as a human resources consultant for Straumur Investment Bank from 2007-2009, director of education at Arion Bank from 2009-2011 and worked as a human resources manager at the Financial Supervisory Authority (FME) from 2012-2013.

Dröfn graduated with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Iceland and went on to pursue post-graduate studies in psychology focusing on work and organizational psychology at the University of Giessen in Germany.
