Vidir Gudmundsson

Vidir Gudmundsson is an experienced professional with a strong background in information security and a diverse career spanning various fields. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Specialist at Origo Iceland and an Information Security Consultant at Cybercom Group, Vidir has held significant roles at PwC Sweden as a Cyber Security Consultant and thesis intern focusing on Data Protection Officers under GDPR. Vidir's earlier experience includes founding and managing Gral - Theatre company, teaching at multiple educational levels, working as a writer/journalist for Fréttablaðið, and performing as a professional actor at Reykjavik City Theatre. Vidir holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Stockholm University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts, alongside various other educational pursuits.
