Throughout his career, Jonathan has successfully managed and coached multidisciplinary engineering teams, delivering new product developments and performance improvements. He has a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives and improving test processes, resulting in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. Jonathan's educational background includes a MSc in Laser Engineering and Applications from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc (Hons) in Physics with Optoelectronics from the University of Surrey.
