John L.

John L. is an experienced Solutions Architect with a robust background in technical solution leadership across various organizations. Currently at Orion NZ Ltd since October 2023, John previously held similar roles at Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury from 2019 to 2023 and Pegasus Health from 2015 to 2019. A long tenure at Spark New Zealand spanned from 1997 to 2015, where John specialized in integration and end-to-end architectural solutions, significantly contributing to the design and delivery of complex IT programs. Earlier in the career, John served as a Senior Designer and Information Specialist, focusing on integrated solutions and Business Intelligence applications, respectively. John holds a degree from the University of Canterbury, which was attended from 1986 to 1989, and graduated from Timaru Boys High School between 1981 and 1985.
