Shelbye Schlange

Shelbye Schlange serves as the Director of Recruiting at Orion Consortium, LLC since November 2013, where responsibilities include reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, Shelbye is a Fitness Instructor and Program Director for SHIFT 360, an educational fitness program created to promote proper exercise techniques and nutrition. As a certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach with the Carolyn Costin Institute, Shelbye supports clients in overcoming eating disorders using the 8 Keys to Recovery Method. Beyond these roles, Shelbye has experience modeling with Maggie Inc. and BMG Models and Talent since 2015. Academic credentials include a degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire.
