Chris Neale (Chartered FCIPD, FREC)

Chris Neale, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and Fellow of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (FREC), has over two decades of experience in human resources management. Since April 2013, Chris has served as the Group Human Resources Manager at Orion Group, a global recruitment business, where responsibilities include delivering comprehensive HR services, mentoring, and advising management and staff. Prior to this role, Chris held various HR positions, including HR Manager at Inverness College UHI and HR Business Partner at Scottish Natural Heritage, focusing on HR policy implementation and operational activity. Additionally, Chris worked as the Workforce Development and Planning Manager for NHS Borders, establishing workforce planning infrastructure, and began a career as a Twilight Team Leader at Scottish Provident. Chris holds an MSc and a PGDip in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
