Steve Carmichael

Steve Carmichael is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the petroleum industry. Currently serving as a Contract Production Engineer at Orion Group since July 2023, Steve previously enjoyed a period of retirement after a notable career at bp from October 2000 to June 2022, where roles included Global Subsurface Solutions - Well Management Subject Matter Expert and Production Engineer. Prior to bp, Steve worked at ARCO/Vastar as a Production/Completion Engineer from September 1991 to October 2000. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
