Charlotte Allin has held various project management roles throughout their career. In 1999, they worked at Altitude Science Limited as a Sports & Health Research Manager, focusing on product development for altitude and hyperbaric equipment. Charlotte collaborated with elite athletes, professional sporting bodies, physiologists, and medical practitioners. Then, in 2004, they joined cisiv Ltd as a Senior Project Manager until 2009. After that, they worked at Dendrite Clinical Systems as a Senior Project Manager in New Zealand from 2014 to 2021. Currently, they serve as a Strategic Project Manager at Orion Health since June 2021.
Charlotte Allin has a strong educational background in health and sport science. Charlotte completed a Diploma in Applied Sport Science at Auckland University of Technology in 1997, followed by a Bachelor of Health & Sport Science in 1999. Charlotte later pursued a higher level of education and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science from Auckland University of Technology, completing it from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Prince 2 Project Management from APM Group London in 2005. Charlotte Allin has also completed various coaching certificates, including New Zealand Level 1 certifications in basketball, rugby, and badminton. Charlotte has also participated in the Toastmasters Speechcraft Success Leadership Course.
