Dingyu Cai

Dingyu Cai began their work experience in 2004 as a Siemens BTS & SC Engineer at Shanghai Bayard Communications and Equipment Co., Ltd. Dingyu was responsible for setting up and configuring the Siemens switch network management system, installing and administrating hardware, managing LAN and network services, and configuring Cisco routers and switches.
